Dwight Earl Folkner

Dwight Earl Folkner left this earthly world on June 12, 2024 to be welcomed to his heavenly world. He was 71 years old.

Dwight grew up in Amarillo and graduated from Amarillo High School in 1971. He worked for Comack Fixtures before going to work at the Neil Unit as a Correctional Officer. Dwight’s passion was for his yard and many flowers. People would say” What a beautiful yard”.

Dwight is preceded in death by his parents Forrest (Frosty) and Virginia Folkner, and brother Charles Folkner.

His survivors are wife Rhonda of 44 and ¾ years, Michelle Madewell of the home, many nephews and nieces.
