Diu Nguyen was born in Vietnam on December 22, 1951.
She came to America at the age of 48 with her husband, her two daughters and her son. Life was not easy as an immigrant, but with hard work and dedication, she persisted in providing a beautiful life for her family. Her greatest accomplishment is her love to help people. She always worked hard, saved money and took care of her family back home. Her hard work was recognized and much appreciated, not only at work where she dedicated 21 years of service with Tyson, but also by her family and her church community. Her other great accomplishment is her children. Both of her daughters graduated college with an accounting degree and successfully created their own business. Diu is blessed with two beautiful granddaughters, one grandson whom she loved dearly, Tracy, Katy and Aiden. Today we gather to celebrate her beautiful life, and her legacy. She is now with God. We forever feel her presence and we’re blessed to have had her in our lives.
