Delores "Lola" Flores Samora

September 16, 1946 - June 12, 2015

Delores "Lola" Flores Samora, 68, of Amarillo, Texas died on Friday, June 12, 2015.  Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Friday, June 19, 2015 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel.  Visitation will be Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 9:30 am -7:00 pm.   Arrangements are by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 1505 Martin Road.

Delores was born on September 16, 1946 in San Angelo, Texas to Enrique Flores Sr. and Bertha Leva Gonzales.  She spent all her life in Amarillo, Texas.  She was a dedicated wife, loving mother and caring friend.    She loved to listen to gospel music and  praising the Lord.  She also loved  to sing and dance to her oldies and Tejano music.   Her pride and joy were her children and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, father of her children Jesus Richard Preciado,  brother Enrique Flores Jr., sister Diane Flores, daughter Yvonne Preciado the first.

Delores is survived by her husband Jesse E. Samora,  daughters,  Belinda Preciado Sigala and husband Richard,  Yvonne Preciado,  sons, Christopher (Buddha)  Preciado, Richard (Larry), Richard  (Noieto) , Noe , Jimmy and Danny Robles, sister Ophiler (Mary) Sierra,  brothers, Jose, Juan and Frank Flores, 18 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

All of those who were blessed  to know her and touched by her love and presence will always remember her.  "This is not goodbye, it's I'll see you later."  Beautiful, wonderful Lady
