Corrine Griffin Farson was born on March 20, 1929 to Phillip and Edna Gray and was one of twelve children. Corrine attended Amarillo High School and worked in furniture design and interior decorating most of her working life. She married Raymond H. Griffin Sept. 30, 1946 and he died in 1984. She then married Darrell Farson on April 25, 1991. She loved to dance and fish. Corrine also loved bird watching and was a wonderful cook. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond H. Griffin, and a son, Lynn Griffin.
She is survived by her husband, Darrell Farson of Arvada, CO; three daughters: Becky Griffin of Amarillo, Linda Seaton & Husband Steve of Amarillo, and Rhealene Cook and husband Danny of Grove, Okla.; a brother: Phillip Gray and wife Donna of Huntsville, Alabama; four sisters: Phyliss Balfour of Amarillo, Mary Grenfell and husband Tom of Escanaba, Mich., JoAnn Pfeifer of Pottsboro, Texas and Jeanette Smallwood and her husband Bill of Pottsboro, Texas. She is also survived by five Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren.
