Mr. Clarence Edward Dever was born August 8, 1969 in Lubbock to Mr. Clyde Dever, Sr. and Bertha Dever-Jefferson. Mr. Dever graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1988 and attended Amarillo College where he received his CDL. Clarence drove semi-trucks from coast to coast until his health failed.
Clarence is preceded in death by his father, Clyde Dever, Sr.; two sisters, Shirley Griffin and Charlotte Dever; his grandfathers, E.G. Griffin of Gause, Tx and Robert Lee Dever of Lorrina, Tx.
Clarence leaves to cherish his mother, Bertha Dever-Jefferson of Amarillo; four brothers, Clyde Dever, Jr. of Memphis, Tn., Cedric Jefferson of Amarillo, Dwight and Travis Brown of Lubbock; three sisters, Louine and Cheryl Dever of Amarillo and Debra of Lubbock; five children, Samarah, Xavier, Jordan, Jaylen, and Jocilin Dever, all of Amarillo and a special friend Kathy.
