Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 at Trinity Fellowship Church West Sanctuary with Bo Williams and John Love officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Sunday evening at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery by LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Coulter Road Chapel, 8310 S. Coulter.
Chad was born and raised in Amarillo and graduated from Amarillo High in 2001. He loved spending time with his children and all his family and also enjoyed playing golf and going fishing at the lake. Chad was a kind-hearted and devoted father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was always the life of the party and was known for his beautiful smile and his great sense of humor. He was also know as being a “neat freak”. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virgil and Rosalie Martinez and Leonard Pogue.
Survivors include his son, Kaiden Martinez and his daughter, Ariah Martinez both of Amarillo, his father Virgil Martinez of Washburn, his mother and step-father, Evelyn and John Conner of Plainview, three sisters, Monica Dominguez and husband Dario and Melanie Ryan both of Amarillo and Ashlie Martinez of Washburn, his brother, Justin Martinez of Amarillo, his grandmother, Agnes Baker of Clayton, NM and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Analisa, Isaiah, Adam, Kaleb, Zach, Elyjah and Annabel.
