Mr. Couch is survived by his father, Charles Ross Couch, his mother, Debra Arnett and step father James Wright, a step brother, Joseph Wright, his grandmother, Betty McMenanin, the mother of his children, Kylee Burns, his daughter Aurora Couch, his son, Johnathan Couch, uncles, Richard and wife Meredith Arnett, Steve Arnett, and Mike Arnett, and his aunt, Tina Stewart.
