Catalina was born on January 8, 1958 in Oakland, CA to Lawrence Lindsey and Lorina Diaz. She enjoyed sewing and shopping. She was also an incredible cook. Catalina loved life. She enjoyed driving trucks and working with the handicapped and volunteered often at her church, which she was a member of for 8 years.
She is survived by her parents, Lawrence Lindsey and Lorina Diaz of Amarillo; the father of her children, Thomas Gaither, Sr.; 2 sons, Barry Willis and Thomas Gaither, Jr. of Amarillo; 3 daughters, Candice Willis of New York, Thomasina Gaither of Amarillo and Tommika Lindsey and Justin Aaron of Amarillo; 4 brothers, Larry Lindsey and wife Alice and Archie Hunicutt and wife Lisa of Amarillo and Jimmy Hunicutt and wife Beverly and Eddy Ramirez and wife Constance of Dallas; 17 grandchildren; Anthony Parker and family and numerous nieces and nephews.
