Carol was born on August 2, 1943 in Parson, Kansas to Howard and Lorraine Hart. She graduated Parson High School in 1961. She attended college in Wichita, KS where she became an LVN. She married Elias Rodriguez on June 25, 1968 in Newkirk, OK. Carol worked at Winfield Mental Hospital for 10 years. She also worked as a beautician in Wichita, KS for 15 years. In 1978 she was one of the founding members of the Amarillo Obedience Training school. She also volunteered at the VA Hospital.
She is survived by her husband Elias Rodriguez, 2 Sons; Ronnie Rodriguez, Bobby and wife Jessica Rodriguez. 2 Daughters; Julie and husband Richard Hill, Cholie and Rick DeLeon. 2 Sisters Judy Hart, Rita Cloak and 1 Brother, Larry Hart and 11 grandchildren.
