Carmen Sandoval, 63, of Amarillo died on Tuesday, August, 8, 2017. Rosary service will be held at 6:00 pm, Friday, August 11, 2017 in LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 12, 2017 in St. Laurence Catholic Church with Father Felipe Alvarez as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery East. Arrangements are by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 1505 Martin Road.
Carmen was born on April 28, 1954 in Mexico to Augustin and Loreto Tellez. She married Moises Sandoval Sr. and they were married for 36 years. She was a member of St. Laurence Catholic Church and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Lurdes Galvan and a granddaughter, London Angel Majors.
Mrs. Sandoval is survived by her husband, Moises Sandoval Sr.; two sons, Moises Sandoval Jr. and his wife Jeannette and Miguel Angel Sandoval and Areil; a daughter, Veronica Sandoval; five brothers, Ramon Tellez, Pedro Tellez, Jesus Tellez, Guadalupe Tellez, and Gerardo Mata; three sisters, Maria de Luz Haro, Maria de Rosario Tellez and Maria Veronica Ramirez; five grandchildren,Ty'Xabian Majors, Malachi Sandoval, Miguel Angel Sandoval Jr., Moises Sandoval III, and Braxton Sandoval and one on the way.
