Cameron was born July 2, 1989 in Amarillo, to Paula Shultz and was the step son of Thomas Garst. Cameron graduated from Tascosa High School in 2007. He started his own business, Topnotch Tree Trimming and Landscaping. He made a very successful business in Amarillo and the surrounding Panhandle. He was a dear friend to many and no one was a stranger to Cameron very long.
He is survived by his parents and his sister Heather all of Amarillo
