Bill was born Nov. 2, 1931 in Anniston, MO. He moved to Amarillo in 1978 and worked as a Manager for Onan Oil Co. He was preceded in death by his parents Amos and Mabel Hedges Douglas and his wife Joyce Kleemann Douglas

He is survived by two daughters, Joyce Lucas of Amarillo, TX, and Brenda Landerin of Wisconsin, 2 sons, Bill and Darren Douglas both Amarillo,TX., 2 sisters, 3 brothers, 6 grandchildren and one great-grandchild
