Beatrice A. Armendariz, 45, of Amarillo died on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. A rosary service will be held at 6:00 pm, Thursday, March 17, 2016 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road with Deacon David Duenes, officiating. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, March 18, 2016 at St. Laurence Catholic Church with Father Antonio Galindo as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road.
Beatrice was born on December 21, 1970 in Amarillo, Texas to Pedro and Rosemary Armendariz. After the passing of Pedro and Rosemary, she was raised by her parents Dinah and Nick Garcia. She attended the Children's Rehabilitation Center. Beatrice enjoyed listening to music, especially songs she could tap her foot to the beat of the music.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Rosemary Armendariz, grandparents, John and Paula Sena; a aunt, Ruby Gonzales, two uncles, Johnny Sena and Leeroy Sena and a nephew, Daniel Lujan.
She is survived by her parents, Dinah and Nick Garcia; her sister, Roenna Bermea; an aunt, Angie Pacheco and her husband, Sammy; a uncle, Robert Sena; nieces, Ashley Lujan, and Marissa Bermea; great nieces, Ezelia Owens, and Esmerie Mendoza; and a great nephew, Ace Tran.
