Barbara "Grandma" Williams, 82, of Amarillo, died Friday, December 20, 2013
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Monday, December 23, 2013 at the LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Home, Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road in Amarillo with Pastor Rodger Johnson of Northside Pentecostal Church officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors of Amarillo.
Barbara was born on July 25, 1931 in Youngstown Ohio unto Roy and Gertrude Householder Alexander. Barbara was retired from Levines Department Store and Agape Home Care here in Amarillo. She loved her dogs, bingo and her children. She was a member of Northside Pentecostal Church here in Amarillo.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Williams and her parents.
She is survived by her son Chuck Williams, two daughters, Debbie Crady and Jackie Sue Wilbanks all of Amarillo. a brother David Roy Alexander of Corsicana, Texas, nine grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Viweing will be from 1-5pm Sunday at the funeral home
The family will greet friends from 2-4pm Sunday at the funeral home
