Arthur was born on November 18, 1955 to Florencio and Beneranda Lucero in Memphis, TX. He was an avid Cowboy Fan. Family came first at everything. Arthur never met a stranger and he put everyone before himself. Mr. Lucero was a loving son, brother and grandfather that was very well loved and will be dearly missed by all.
Survivors include daughters, Monica Lucero, Cecilia Lucero, Criselda Lucero, Renee Molina and Brittany Molina; three grandsons, Tyler McCain, Jaylin Lucero and Michael Herrera, Jr.; three granddaughters, Arianna Lucero, Antonaisha Flanagan and Ashlynn Herrera; mother of his daughters, Sylvia Martinez; six sisters, Rosalinda Gallegos, Vickie Sanchez, JoAnn Saavedra, Yolanda Rodriguez, Yolanda Sotello and Gloria Vasquez; his father, Florencio Lucero; four brothers, Albert Lucero, Frankie Lucero, Michael Lucero and Chris Ramirez; and a host of many extended family members and as well as his work family from McCartt & Association.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Beneranda Lucero and a brother, Florencio Lucero, Jr.
