Armando Martinez Mendoza

Armando Martinez Mendoza 65, of Amarillo passed away September 19, 2022. He was born to Reymundo Galindo Mendoza and Agripina Prieto Martinez Mendoza on January 2, 1957, in Vanhorn, Texas.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corp and was a St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church member. Armando enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, going fishing, camping, and spending time with his family. He did not know a stranger.

Armando is survived by his beloved children Nicole Mendoza Pacheco (Rene Flores), Marco (Chrystal) Mendoza, Ryan (Danielle) Alvarez, and Jesus Mendoza (Brittney Ramos); his beloved grandchildren, Marco, Jeremiah, Nicolas, and Christian Pacheco, Marco Jr., Ezekiel, Azalea, Xandria, Zavian Mendoza, and Nate Alvarez. Also, three precious great-grandchildren; his loving brothers and sisters, Olivia Aguirre, Cecilia Delacerda, Dora Renteria, Minnie Salinas, Amparo Aranda, Stella Alarcon, Elias Joe Mendoza, Angie Moreno, and Lupe Mendoza.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Jesus Mendoza, Jose Nieves Mendoza, Marcelo Mendoza, and Victoria Rocha.
