Anselma was a very hard working woman at a young age, but all her hard work paid off when she married her husband Manuel F. Miranda. Between the two, they had three beautiful daughters, whom she loved very much. Her pride and joy were grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her family and she cherished all the little moments. She also had no problem busting out the paddle and on birthdays everyone received their own personal and special cake. Cooking was her specialty, and this included her enchiladas, chicken and dumplings and sopapillas. As a softball player, she was a first baseman and a pitcher. She loved traveling, playing the penny slot machines and playing cards on game night. She also enjoyed dancing and her favorite girl group was the Supremes. She was always the life of the party and everyone could hear her laugh.
She was survived by three daughters, Melissa M. Miranda, Kristie Moore and husband Robert, and Miranda Ann Miranda; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her mother Sulema Hassette Ramos, and two brothers Richard Martinez, and John Ramos Jr.
