Allen Leo Lamb

Allen Leo Lamb, 66, of Amarillo passed away on Monday, June 12 , 2017. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 8310 S. Coulter St.


Allen was born in Shamrock, TX in 1950 and he had 4 siblings.  He was a free spirit, an artist, and a teacher for thousands of students over 30 years throughout the Texas panhandle including Amarillo, Canyon, and Plainview. He had an incredible since of humor and loved the reactions he could get from people around him.

He is survived by two sons, Coal Lamb and wife Kelly, and Mark Lamb: two sisters Carol Floyd and husband John, Debra Jeffers.
