Abel Macias Villarreal

Abel Macias Villarreal, 89, of Amarillo passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020. Visitation will take place Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel. Funeral service will happen Friday, November 20, 2020 at 2:00 pm at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel with Dr. G.A. Roach officiating. Burial will follow at Llano Cemetery.

Abel was born on April 1, 1931 in Carrizo Springs, Texas to Jacinto and Julia Villarreal.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Seberiana C. Villarreal and his parents.

He is survived by his children; Arturo Villarreal, Abel M. Villarreal Jr., Anna M. Villarreal-Castillo and husband Jesus (Chuy), Melva Villarreal, Anibal Villarreal, Annabel Villarreal-Ruiz and husband Juan, Alfredo C. Villarreal and Antonio Villarreal and his wife Sandra; his siblings, Margarita Villarreal, Brijeda Villarreal, Quiell Villarreal, Samuel Villarreal, Rebecca Villarreal; 24 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
